Refund Policy

This is a custom lift.  Once your rail is cut to the length that you have provided (time can vary depending on time order, weekends and holidays), we cannot refund your purchase price.  If you wish to cancel your order, we will attempt to remove your lift from the production queue, however, after the rail is custom cut to your staircase specifications, we cannot refund your purchase price.
